This 7,500 sq. ft. community resource provides instructional space for pre-school, lower school, and middle school students and features a state of the art technology center plus a conference room equipped for distance learning.
Features of the Technology Center
The heart of Pine Point's technology efforts is its:
- 16 PC workstations and an interactive whiteboard in the computer lab
- 4 teaching stations which offer ceiling-mounted LCD projectors for teaching larger groups of students
- 6 iMacs for student use
- 4 standing lookup stations, all with internet access
- 2 networked laser printers
- support for our dual platform campus (PC and Macintosh)
The L/TC's Board Room is equipped with Sony-based videoconferencing equipment including DVD/VCR viewing capabilities and cable television access. The room can comfortably accommodate 30 students or more.
