Pine Point Panthers
Misson
Students at Pine Point School find value in the physical and social elements that sports and athletic competition play in their lives. Athletes work collaboratively to gain confidence and build resilience by overcoming challenges with the support of their teammates. Players think critically and creatively while learning new skills and strategizing with their team and coaches. Pine Point athletes demonstrate compassion and respect for the game by playing with good sportsmanship.
Vision
The Pine Point School athletic department will offer sports and athletic programs that will benefit players physically, socially, and emotionally; it will be a place where students of all abilities will be challenged and provided a safe environment to take risks and grow.
Program
The interscholastic athletics program consists of 3 seasons and is open to students in grades 5-9. All interested students are placed on a team appropriate for his/her age, skill level and experience. Middle school students are required to participate in 1 out of 3 seasons, and many students proudly earn 3-season athlete status.

Concussions
Pine Point coaches are trained in concussion management procedures and care for our athletes is our greatest concern. If an injury occurs we work with parents, doctors and athletes to return our players to full health and to their teams.
